Delivery

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland and delivered exclusively within the European Union.

Supported countries

We deliver to the following countries:
Poland (PL), Germany (DE), Austria (AT), France (FR), Netherlands (NL), Belgium (BE), Czech Republic (CZ), Slovakia (SK), Hungary (HU), Italy (IT), Spain (ES), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Bulgaria (BG), Croatia (HR), Slovenia (SI), Denmark (DK), Sweden (SE), Finland (FI), Ireland (IE), Estonia (EE), Lithuania (LT), Latvia (LV), Luxembourg (LU).

Estimated delivery time

• Poland: 1–2 business days
• Germany: 3–4 business days
• Other EU countries: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from dispatch.

Shipping method

Orders are delivered via DPD, GLS or equivalent courier services.

Shipment security

Consumers: The seller bears full responsibility until the parcel is received by the customer.

Business customers (B2B): Risk passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Delivery issues: If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, additional delivery costs may be charged.

Restrictions

Delivery is available only within the European Union. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.
